# What You Need:
→ Chocolate Cream
01 - 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
02 - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
03 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
04 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt
→ Cold Brew Coffee
06 - 1 1/2 cups chilled cold brew coffee
07 - Ice cubes
→ Garnish (optional)
08 - Extra chocolate syrup
09 - Shaved chocolate or cocoa powder
# Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, add cold heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whip the mixture until slightly thickened and soft peaks form. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass over the ice.
05 - Gently spoon the whipped chocolate cream onto each glass, allowing it to float on top.
06 - Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of shaved chocolate or cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
